The Spiritual Meaning
         In the book of Revelation, Jesus said, “Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love.” Revelation 2:4
         What does it mean for people or church to return to their first love? In the scriptures, First love means that:
  1. Believers should return to the keeping of the Old Testament laws.

  2. They should restore God’s calendar, and should not be following man-made times.

  3. They should stop all pagan festivals introduced into the worship of God, which festivals have been baptized with Christian names. Examples are Christmas and Easter.

  4. Restore the original festivals of God.

  5. They should remove all man-made doctrines, which religious leaders have used to replace God’s commandments.

  6. Humanity should return to the true path of worship, which is Truth, in righteousness and in holiness.

  7. People should attend the religious activities with keen interest.

  8. They should reset their priority by placing God’s will above every other will.
